The Management of ROC HOTELS is aware that competitiveness in the sector depends on the quality of service, suitable infrastructure and suitable resources to achieve the satisfaction of our customers, employees, suppliers, shareholders, as well as compliance with the legal requirements.
ROC HOTELS considers it essential that its activities be carried out with the appropriate level of quality, for this reason a Quality Management System has been developed and implemented in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 9001: 2015 Standard.

- Perform internal and external audits of the management system to verify that it is working correctly, contributing to the total quality.
The responsibility for the achievement of the Quality Policy is shared by all, its principles are reviewed periodically and will be communicated to all relevant parties.
